Junior Customer Service Specialist with German
What youll do:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Contribute to delivering a highquality customercentric experience
- Grow your skills through Alcons training and development programs
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in daily tasks through strong attention to detail
What were looking for
- Very good German (spoken and written)
- Good English skills
- Customercentric mindset with strong communication abilities
- Attention to detail and focus on delivering highquality work
- Learning agility and openness to developing new skills
- High level of engagement in daily responsibilities
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
