Graduate Product Sales Support Executive Position
We are seeking a Graduate Product Sales Support Executive to work with a Business Development Manager within our Products and Solutions Team.

As a Graduate Product Sales Support Executive you will work with the Product Business Development Manager and Product Team playing a vital role in identifying potential clients to support our growth in strategic sectors both in the UK and internationally (predominantly Malaysia and Australia). You will also have a key role in researching market insights and competitor analysis which will help to shape our route-to-market strategy and product roadmaps ensuring our products are well-positioned and opportunity-led.

You will:
Proactively research and identify potential client organisations and key contacts across public and private sectors.
Support the Business Development Manager in maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Conduct structured market research and build a strong understanding of the market landscape capturing insights that inform product development and future roadmap priorities.
Assist in running campaigns preparing outreach materials presentations and proposals tailored to target clients.
Familiarise yourself with our products and support demonstrations and showcases.
Help maintain and update CRM system and prospect databases ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Monitor sector developments competitor activity and client needs to help shape outreach approaches.
Support the Business Development Manager in growing and maintaining a partner network to assist in Product sales.
Contribute to wider business development campaigns including events bid coordination and marketing initiatives.
Act as an ambassador for the company promoting our products and values in all external interactions.
Compile and present market research findings opportunity insights and outreach performance to the Product Team and Business Development Manager to support decision-making.
Support international market research and outreach activities particularly in Malaysia and Australia to help assess opportunities and tailor propositions for regional needs.
Help refine product messaging and value propositions based on market insights and client engagement to ensure our offerings resonate with target sectors.
Support the development and continuous improvement of business development processes tools and materials.
RequirementsEnthusiastic and proactive approach to researching market opportunities and analysing competitor activity.
Keen interest in learning about business development and client engagement with a genuine passion for digital solutions that help to make the world a smarter safer cleaner and healthier place. You will not be directly engaging with prospects initially but the role is intended to give you a good grounding to move into an enterprise business development role.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects research activities and initiatives simultaneously.
Experience using LinkedIn and similar tools to find relevant prospects online; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus but training provided.
A structured hands-on approach willing to learn and apply best practice sales techniques and product insight methods.
Team-oriented mindset able to work closely with colleagues and contribute to shared business development goals.
Self-motivated resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise research findings into clear actionable insights
Interest in how products evolve with curiosity about how market insights translate into product features positioning and roadmap decisions.
Openness to supporting market exploration in international regions such as Malaysia and Australia.
