The Role You will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 benefiting from a 20% reduced timetable in your first year. The role focuses on mastery-led instruction and utilizes a centralized resource bank to support your initial planning workload. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high-impact Mathematics lessons within a structured department
Engaging in weekly 1:1 instructional coaching sessions with a Subject Mentor
Utilizing evidence-based practices such as retrieval and dual-coding
Tracking student progress using the schools diagnostic data tools
Completing the statutory ECF induction with dedicated PPA time
