We are hiring Chef de Partie - Malaysian Cuisine
As Chef de Partie - Malaysian Cuisine We rely on you to
Supervises the daily operation of the kitchen in the areas of his/her responsibilities
Support daily menu planning and design for Malaysian cuisine
Ensure that the highest quality of food is always provided
Support the Executive Chef on daily operation
Maintain and implement the highest hygiene standards
Supports the regional hotels in the areas of menu production training and special events
We are looking for someone who:
- Has minimum 2 years experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
- Has Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
- Specializes in Malaysian and Asian cuisine
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
- Can work with a multinational team
- Is a solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
