We are looking for a Main Kitchen Sous Chef
As a Main Kitchen Sous Chef we rely on you to
The cooking and production of various cold dishes are strictly carried out in accordance with hygiene standards to ensure safe production and guarantee the quality of food.
Strictly follow each work process properly store various cold dish raw materials use materials reasonably and reduce consumption costs.
Be responsible for disinfecting special tools cutting boards containers etc. and also keep freezers ovens etc. clean and hygienic.
Check the consumption of raw materials after each meal every day and make timely purchases and replenishments.
Cooperate with the Food Inspection department to spot-check dishes and retain sample varieties and conduct tests to ensure the safety of guests food.
We are looking for someone who:
Be upright and responsible.
Have more than 3 years of relevant working experience in cold dishes in the kitchen.
Good health and the ability to endure hardships.
