Main duties:

  • Provide remote communication with clients - via email phone and chat with the main focus on LATAM partners;
  • Provide clients with the necessary information about Mapon products;
  • Proactively resolve problem situations troubleshoot solutions and devices;
  • Plan installation trips for technical specialists to clients and support technician work;
  • Collect and analyze various amounts of data;
  • To replace colleagues from the same department during their absence during holidays business trips studies or sick leave as well as help the Global Support team with incoming tasks;
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations;
  • To comply with confidentiality commitments;
  • Be a brand ambassador and always reflect the company values;

Requirements:

  • Previous client support experience of 2 years is required;
  • Experience using ticketing tools such as Intercom Zendesk HubSpot etc.
  • Previous experience in the IoT field will be valued;
  • Great organizational skills;
  • Being responsible with the assigned tasks by the Direct manager;
  • Effective communication skills in order to provide key information to the Direct Manager or other departments;
  • Willingness and ability to help people;
  • Ability to react quickly and concentrate in stressful situations;
  • Organized and proactive attitude being able to follow instructions and being able to find the next task to do independently;
  • Proficient Spanish (LATAM Spanish) and English language skills (needed for communication with clients from LATAM regions)
  • Other language skills will be valued (we are international company).

What We Offer:

Monthly gross salary at 1600 EUR during the probation period and 1700 EUR after the probation period;

Evening schedule (Monday-Friday 16:00-24:00)

The option to work remotely or in our cozy office - This is a remote position but in the first onboarding month youll work in our office (Rīga O.Vācieša 6B) and during regular working hours (9:00-17:00)
