Your Role
As a Business Analyst at Atos youll work at the intersection of business and technology helping organizations evolve with clarity and confidence.
- Analyze business processes systems and user needs
- Define scope goals and requirements with stakeholders
- Translate insights into user stories and high-level software designs
- Advise on future-proof processes including automation strategies
- Develop workflows and diagrams to visualize solutions
- Manage the requirements backlog and align regularly with stakeholders
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead optimizations
- Act as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships
What You Bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree (IT Engineering Info Management or similar)
- 4 years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience with Agile/Scrum (user stories backlogs refinements)
- Familiar with tools like BPM UML and concepts like TOGAF
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Certification in IREB BABOK ITIL or similar Thats a plus
- Industry experience in government finance or manufacturing bonus
