Job Summary

Rotterdam Full-time ASAP

The right candidate will: 

  • Own the strategy and execution plan for your territory.
  • Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand customer priorities and align our solutions to their needs.
  • Communicate the VONQ value proposition in a way thats relevant and practical for each customer.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process end to end keeping close track of progress at each stage.
  • Create accurate forecasts and maintain transparent communication with management on pipeline status.

  • 25 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales professional in a B2B consultative sales environment
  • Experience within SaaS Work Tech HR Tech Recruitment Marketing Technology digital marketing or agency environments is preferred
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced constantly evolving scale-up
  • Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate needs into commercial solutions
  • Highly organized with solid time and pipeline management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Dutch
  • A strong drive to learn grow and develop in a technology-driven environment
  • A sense of urgency ownership and persistence
  • Extra points: Experience with recruitment marketing or AI-driven solutions is a strong plus but not a requirement.
