DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with senior leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and core values.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and support change management efforts.
- Operate effectively within a highly matrixed global organization collaborating across multiple reporting lines and geographies to deliver results.
- Drive and own end to end Human Strategy planning execution and effectiveness to enable business success that well aligned HR Strategy
Talent Management & Development
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth and innovation.
- Lead performance management succession planning and leadership development programs for the business and HR.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion a culture of inclusion mutual respect and open communication.
- Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and diversity initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and action planning.
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Drive benefits programs and wellness initiatives aligned with Total Rewards philosophy.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Lead implementation and monitoring of RBA labour standards ensuring ethical labour practices and compliance with global and local regulations.
- Manage employee relations investigations and grievance procedures with integrity and fairness.
HR Operations & Analytics
- Optimize HR systems and processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure HR effectiveness.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in Malaysias high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead RBA labor compliance programs.
- Startup experience in scaling HR functions and building culture from the ground up.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed reporting structure with strong stakeholder management across local and global teams.
- Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP CIPD) is a plus.
