Business Development Representative / IT Solution Sales

Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Role: Full Time/ Hybrid role

Salary: RM 6000p/m Commission (Uncapped)

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative at Wild Tech you will play a crucial role in our outbound sales development program. Your primary focus will be on lead generation engaging with potential clients and creating opportunities for our sales team. This position is designed to nurture and cultivate the next generation of Sales Superstars with the potential for advancement in various areas of Software Sales Implementation and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.

Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to articulate the value proposition of Wild Techs solutions.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Stay informed about industry trends and Wild Techs product offerings.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Graduate degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field is highly regarded

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A self-starter with a hunger for success and a positive attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Basic understanding of Microsoft products is a plus.

Previous experience in sales or customer service.
