You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SIP-based call flows CTI integrations and multi-platform telephony environments to support enterprise-grade communication systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design configure and maintain SIP trunks call routing and dial plans.
- Integrate telephony platforms with CTI and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with network engineers to optimize QoS for voice traffic.
- Ensure high availability and redundancy across telephony environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SIP signaling and RTP streams.
- Document call flows configurations and integration standards.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and integration teams for seamless API-level integrations.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience with enterprise telephony solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SIP RTP and VoIP protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Avaya Genesys Cisco or Twilio.
- Familiar with CTI integrations and SBCs.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
