Your Opportunity:
As the Systems and Procurement Coordinator youll manage the maintenance repair and replacement of onboard equipment for our long distance trains. This includes procurement asset tracking and system improvements.
This is a permanent full-time position based at Platform 10 Roma Street.

Purpose that Counts. As a Systems and Procurement Coordinator some of your duties will include:
Coordinate maintenance and replacement of onboard assets (e.g. POS systems coffee machines EFTPOS terminals)
Manage asset tracking and documentation e.g. spreadsheets warranties test certificates manuals and maintenance procedures
Support software updates and configuration
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders e.g. Onboard and Customer Service Procurement ICT Rollingstock Engineering teams.
Assist with training material and delivery
Work autonomously to conduct problem analysis and achieve a timely resolution
Travel on long-distance services as required
Youll also be involved in supporting operational projects which can include:
Coordinating the ordering and distribution of uniforms for onboard staff.
Managing stationery and payment of invoices
Assisting with project-related tasks as required.
Supporting the preparation and writing of recommendation papers for operational improvements and procurement
We are seeking to connect with someone who ideally will have:
Experience in system / equipment maintenance and asset management
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple systems and competing priorities
Proactive and driven takes initiative to get things done and improve processes
Adaptable and resilient thrives under pressure and keeps focus when priorities shift
Procurement and POS/EFTPOS experience highly regarded
