Job Summary

CoAct is looking for an experienced Infrastructure and Support Team leader who will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT Support team. This role is critical in ensuring reliable and secure technology services that supports both current and future organisational needs.

You will provide hands-on leadership by overseeing IT infrastructure and support operations and always ensuring timely resolution of Level 1 2 and 3 support requests while maintaining strong service standards.

Exploring the role

  • Leading and mentoring IT support members fostering a collaborative accountable and high-performing team culture with an exceptional customer service focus
  • Set clear priorities and manage workflows to ensure timely consistent and efficient responses to Level 1 2 and 3 IT support requests and user access provisioning
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support including analysis and resolution of complex incidents and escalations
  • Ensure infrastructure upgrades are planned and implemented with minimal disruption to business operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for infrastructure and service improvement aligned with organisational objectives

What were looking for

  • Demonstrated experience leading an IT support or infrastructure team
  • Strong background in IT service delivery and hands-on Level 1 2 and 3 support
  • Solid understanding of IT systems infrastructure components and service management practices and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
  • Tertiary qualification in IT Computer Science or a related field
  • Microsoft IT service management or infrastructure certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator Microsoft 365)
