Were looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition this role youll support a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and interviewers across our North American hiring efforts. Ideal candidates bring 23 years of experience in recruitment coordination scheduling and candidate experience supportalong with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule a combination of virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones ensuring a smooth and timely process for all stakeholders
- Manage logistics for onsite interviews in San Mateo office including video conferencing setup assessment coordination and interviewer preparation
- Collaborate closely with recruiters sourcers and hiring managers to keep hiring timelines on track
- Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and our Interview Ticket Management System and generate reports as needed
- Partner with the TA Ops and People teams on onboarding handoffs and process improvements
- Support employer branding and hiring events (virtual and in-person) as needed
Qualifications :
- 23 years of recruitment coordination or HR coordination experience preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- We use Workday and SmartRecruiters any experience with these would be a plus.

Additional Information :
This is a contract role with potential for future conversion to full-time. We are targeting an hourly rate of $25-45/hr.
