Bureau Veritas Philippines is looking for aGovernment Services & International Trade Manager to drive & develop sales and marketing strategy managing P&L leading and developing high-performing teams ensuring operational excellence and identifying growth opportunities through new service offerings within Philippines.

A successful candidate would be a blend of strong commercial skills strategic vision operational excellence and a proven ability to drive transformational growth.

Managers Job Role:

• Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals
• Lead and manage the sales operations and office support teams providing direction training mentorship and performance management
• Analyse market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities that can contribute to company vision and mission.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing programs campaigns and tactics to acquire new customers and significantly expand business with existing customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other department heads (e.g. product operations function finance) to align with the companys strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Represent the company and build relationships with key customers partners and industry influencers
• Stay up to date on the latest country best practices policies technologies and trends
• To regularly monitor inspector performance establish clear objectives and requirements conduct regular assessments use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to collect and analyse data.
• To manage a structured approach involving technical & practical training feedback and corrective actions ensuring consistent high-quality inspections standard and performance.
• Any other tasks to be assigned by N1 Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business commerce marketing or any related field;
• 5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience ideally in government services & international trade business/ TIC business
• Strong knowledge / experience dealing with government services & international trade business in relating to agriculture / electrical & electronic /automotive etc
• Well versed with TIC / inspections verification of conformity programs & trade facilitation services experience is preferable.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams
• Excellent strategic planning analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
