WhatYoullDo
Act as the primary liaison withvendors and businessfor day-to-day operations.
Hold vendors accountable through regular performance reviews clearly defined KPIs and consistent engagement
Collaborate closely with TA leaders and broader TA Ops teams to design and execute vendor implementation strategies
Establish andmaintaincentralized processes for invoicing budget trackingand vendorspendoversight
Assistin gathering data for contract reviews and renegotiationsmaintainupdated compliance and contract documentation.
Track deliverables and timelines for vendor-related tasks. Prepare dashboards and reports on vendor performance andspend.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations in daily operations.
WhatYou Bring to the Team
5 years of experience in program coordination vendor management or contingent workforce operations.
Strong understanding of compliance contracts and financial processes.
Experiencewith vendor management systemsa plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset for auditing and reporting; comfortable working with data.
Adaptable and resilient able to thrive in dynamic environments and handle ambiguity with confidence.
