In this role you will play a key part in implementing HR programs supporting leaders and driving initiatives that elevate talent attraction employee experience and people development across both operational and administrative teams. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding ensuring efficiency consistency and data-driven decision-making.
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure high-quality and compliant selection decisions.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience aligned with Donaldsons global standards.
Coordinate Early Talent and Internship Programs ensuring strong university partnerships and meaningful development experiences.
Support talent mapping and succession initiatives to strengthen organizational readiness.
Contribute to internal communication and engagement programs to reinforce a positive inclusive workplace culture.
Support initiatives focused on employee experience well-being and retention aligned with our people strategy.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
3 years of experience in Human Resources ideally as a Generalist or HR Business Partner.
Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English level (written and spoken).
A proactive mindset high sense of urgency and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
