As HR becomes increasingly strategic for our business we are investing in a dedicated local HR Advisor to support our Cluster Management Team and affiliated partners. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape HR practices that truly fit the region.
What is your role
As HR Advisor Cluster Latin America you are the trusted HR partner for the local Cluster Management Team on all tactical HR matters. You act as the go-to expert for HR advice local implementation and continuous improvement of HR activities. Your main responsibilities include:
- Provide professional HR support to local management in areas such as recruitment employee engagement & retention talent management and leadership development
- Advise on local employment law and regulatory compliance ensuring HR practices are locally relevant and compliant
- Localize and implement HR policies and processes developed at headquarters shaping them to suit the Latin American (office) culture
- Support strategic personnel planning succession planning and HR data reporting activities
- Provide tactical HR support and share expertise with the LOLC and private Lely Centers within the LATAM area to facilitate their growth ambitions
- Collaborate closely with the HR team at our headquarters and participate actively in the international OneHR community
You will also travel periodically within the region and to the Netherlands to collaborate live with HR colleagues contribute to the company-wide HR vision and deepen your understanding of Lelys culture.
Qualifications :
What is your experience
You bring solid HR knowledge and the ability to think strategically and act operationally. You are a generalist who can balance day-to-day HR challenges with long-term people strategies. You listen actively communicate clearly and provide thoughtful advice even in complex situations. You enjoy building relationships and are a reliable sounding board for managers and employees alike.
In addition you have:
- A completed Bachelors degree in HRM Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Advisor
- Strong understanding of local employment law and Brazilian payroll practices
- Residence in Ponta Grossa (Paraná region) is essential
- Fluency in English Spanish is a strong advantage
- Availability for travel (within Brazil Argentina Chile Uruguay and the Netherlands)
We are looking for someone who has broad HR knowledge a good cultural and personal fit and the ability to handle moderate conflicts constructively. You must be a good listener a strategic thinker and capable of making this new HR Advisor role a success for the Cluster.
