What youll do
Were entering a pivotal phase of growth across ANZ. With our enterprise product now market-ready and demand rapidly increasing were building a dedicated enterprise sales function to capture this opportunity. As our Enterprise Sales Manager youll be the driving force behind our new business efforts across the ANZ the short term youll be hands on closing enterprise deals while establishing the framework processes and operating rhythm for a high-performing enterprise vertical. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams shape our GTM strategy and lay the foundations for a scalable enterprise sales organisation.
Over time youll build and lead an enterprise team while continuing to directly manage strategic opportunities and relationships. This is a rare opportunity to own a huge addressable market bring a ready-to-scale product to firms of 70300 users and build a sales engine from the ground up.
To make this happen you will:
- Develop pipeline through your network cold outreach and through warm introductions and referrals.
- Guide prospects through their buying journey from initial discussion to contract signature.
- Master and confidently demonstrate the benefits of LEAP Enterprise to opportunities in person or online (50 user target market only)
- Master the LEAP Enterprise demonstration
- Monitor and report on activities and KPIs using Salesforce
- Work with our post sales delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding for new enterprise clients.
- Execute independent and joint activity plans to ensure commercial success in the region.
- Attend conferences roadshows exhibitions and events networking with existing clients and prospective clients within the legal sector.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed profitable sales targets within the enterprise legal sector.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of enterprise sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large law firms and corporate legal departments.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of LEAPs Enterprise solution.
- Collaborate with the product marketing and solution consulting teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
- Accurately forecast sales manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Stay current on market trends competitive landscapes and emerging technologies in legal tech.
- Youre an expert in your field bringing insight and expertise to help your prospects and partners to understand not only our proposition but the evolving landscape and market dynamics.
- You have high attention to detail and can understand the specifics involved in a complex product and proposition
- Youre commercially minded and you know how to prioritise collective efforts to generate revenue.
