Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project and bid management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in managing the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitments for non-critical or low-critical bids. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Tender Leaders Sub-System Bid Managers Financing Tax Legal Insurance Marketing & Pricing and Design & Styling) coordinate internal activities to understand customer needs and ensure compliance with Alstoms rules and standards and much more.
Youll specifically take care of analyzing customer requirements and preparing winning proposals but also managing tender budgets and coordinating team deliverables.
Well look to you for:
Coordinating internal activities to identify and understand customer needs
Supporting the Tender Leader in defining bid commercial strategies
Managing the tender team and ensuring timely delivery of tender documents
Analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs) and defining bid operational strategies
Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal product strategies
Preparing and maintaining updated risk and savings registers

Masters degree or bachelors degree
Experience or understanding of project or bid management including costing planning and risk management
Knowledge of Alstoms processes including the Golden Rules and Ethics & Compliance (E&C) guidelines
Familiarity with financial contractual and legal aspects related to tender processes
A strong sense of anticipation and negotiation skills
Excellent communication reporting and team management skills
