About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an IT solution company under leading global diversified trading company with a strong presence in the automotive industrial and consumer goods sectors with global presence through its many subsidiaries and operating divisions including over 150 offices and 900 subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

Manage group activities to create and move deals through the pipeline and achieve company targets
Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
Coordinate effectively with all departments
Oversee overall sales activities
Monitor and maintain client accounts
Achieve targets set by management
Maintain good relationships with existing clientsApply creative approaches to achieve goals and targets

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent (IT background is an advantage)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (experience in IT companies is a plus)
Ability to create sales proposals independently or with a team
Excellent presentation skills (e.g. company profile solution overview)
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented with a proven sales track record (experience with Japanese companies is an advantage)
Excellent personality positive attitude and open-minded
Able to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated
Disciplined fast learner accurate dynamic attractive and able to meet tight deadlines
Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
Japanese language skills are an advantage
Willing to work in the Jakarta area
