Financial Analysis Manager

TheFinancial Analysis Manageris responsible fordriving financial performance through strategic planning data-driven analysis and operationalpartnership. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills deep financial analysis experience and a proven ability to connect financial outcomeswith our processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead afinancial teamfostering a culture of accuracyaccountabilityand continuous improvement.

• Maintain and train team members to ensure continuous learning and growth.

• Responsible for interviewing selecting and training employees

• Working with team to handle employee complaints and grievances

• Administer performance reviews and disciplining employees asrequired

• Oversee thework of the teamin regards tobudgetingforecastingand monthly reporting for operations.

• Partner withmanagers operations and supply chain leaders toidentifycost-savingopportunities improveefficiencyand enhance profitability.

• Analyze standard costs variancesand production trends to guide decision making.

• Prepare and present financial reports dashboards and KPIsfor executive leadership.

• Drive process improvementin financial systems and analysis.

Other Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing and/or mentoring financial analysts.

• Strong analyticalmodelingand problem-solving skills.

• Proficiencywith ERP systems SAPS4HanaOracle or similar.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financialstakeholders.

• Advanced Excel skills

• Power BI or other visualization tools

Travel Requirements

This role does not require travel.

MinimumRequirements

• Bachelors degree in FinanceAccountingor Business.

• 5 years progressive experience infinancial planning and analysis

• 3 years successfully managing and growing a team

Preferred Requirements

• 7 years of experience infinancial analysis financial/strategic planningaccountingand/or budgeting

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at a time.
