Key Responsibilities

Support the design analysis and execution of compensation programs for the firms global non-investment population
Build and maintain competitive compensation structures ensuring consistency internal equity and market alignment
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on annual compensation planning salary and bonus cycles and offer structuring
Conduct financial modeling scenario analysis and benchmarking to support compensation decisions and leadership discussions
Assist with compensation-related financial reporting including budgeting forecasting and long-range planning in partnership with FP&A
Translate complex analyses into clear concise insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Contribute to process improvement automation and enhanced use of compensation and HR technology
Provide guidance on compensation-related questions from managers and internal partners
Mentor and support junior team members as appropriate based on level

Qualifications

Progressive experience in compensation rewards HR analytics or a related analytics-driven environment
Strong foundation in compensation strategy incentive design and market benchmarking
Solid understanding of financial reporting budgeting and analytical modeling
Experience in financial services asset management consulting or another complex professional services environment preferred
Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with large data sets and building decision-ready analyses
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex information to senior audiences
MBA CFA or similar credentials a plus
