Primary Responsibilities
Ensure that all transactions are documented correctly to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP or relevant financial reporting standards
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and intercompany transactions
Adhere strictly to audit and management requirements along with complying with the company policy and procedures
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee all requests are responded to by the team in a timely professional manner
Provide timely and accurate reports monitoring and analysis to the business
Complete month end and run reports assigned by the business
Resolve escalated issues raised by the team
Required Education
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
A CPA license is an advantage but not required
Required Experience
2 years relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
Strong customer service focus and stakeholder management
Process Oriented
Proficiency in MS tools (Excel PowerPoint etc)
Strong focus on details
Problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in a shared service environment is desired but not essential
Preferred Knowledge
Knowledge in Accounting principles
