About the job: RPA Business Analyst - Senior Associate Consultant (BGC Taguig) Onsite

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors Computer Science IT Engineering or any related course
Required prior experience with ServiceNow Genesys Predictive intelligence AI/ML/Azure Python
Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
Experience with SQL or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
A minimum of 4 years experience as a business analyst is required
Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig

Responsibilities:

Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
Good knowledge of Automation RPA and AI solutions
Exposure to platforms like ServiceNow Genesys Copilot Power Platform and related tools
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Support in proposal creation and solution design
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
Implement Design Development validation and Support activities in line with architecture requirements
