Role Summary: ShapeSolutions is seeking a high-energy results-driven Senior Telesales Specialist to join our Islamabad office. This is a premium phone-based sales role focused on the UK legal and professional services sector. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom initial outbound/inbound contact to closing deals with UK-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective UK clients.
Consultative Selling: Understand complex client needs within the legal/immigration sector and present tailored service solutions.
Deal Closing: Confidently handle objections negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly KPIs.
Lead Management: Qualify leads and maintain a clean organized sales pipeline within the CRM.
UK Standards: Maintain a high level of professional English and etiquette suitable for the UK corporate environment.
Requirements
Proven Track Record: 35 years in international telesales or inside sales (UK/US/Europe markets).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (neutral or UK accent preferred).
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience selling for law firms immigration consultancies or regulated services is a huge advantage.
Resilience: A "closer" mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Availability: Must be able to work UK Business Hours from our Islamabad office.
