Role: Manager - Programs Delhi/NCR/Gurugram
Experience: 5-10 years
Salary: Upto 10 LPA
Key Deliverables:
The manager will lead and manage CSR projects end-to-end from planning and stakeholder engagement to implementation monitoring and reporting. You will work closely with government bodies communities NGOs and internal teams to deliver high-impact programs across multiple thematic areas.
- Drive field-level project execution including surveys mobilization training & awareness activities.
- Build partnerships with govt officials community leaders NGOs & local institutions.
- Develop and manage project plans budgets and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress analyze data and prepare impact & compliance reports.
- Ensure regulatory adherence and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead end-to-end project implementation across assigned districts.
- Prepare project plans field strategies budgets and timelines.
- Oversee field activities such as awareness campaigns surveys mobilization and training.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with government departments district authorities police schools NGOs and community groups.
- Coordinate with local partners to ensure smooth execution.
3. Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting
Candidate Requirements
Experience and Education:
- Graduate with 5-10 years of NGO/CSR/social sector experience in at least 3 verticals.
- Strong communication in English & Hindi.
- Proven project management & stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations.
- Proficiency in MS Word Excel & Outlook.
Skills and Mindsets:
- Leadership: Excellent people-management skills and the ability to lead diverse teams fostering high levels of initiative and ownership.
- Communication: Effective communication and persuasion skills required to influence internal and external stakeholders.
