About the role

We are searching for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our high performing and collaborative team based in our Auckand this role you will facilitate analytics and insights that will inform key business decisions and strategic direction. Equally important you will be ensuring data integrity that will drive the operational excellence for our firm.

Key responsibilities:

Working closely with Senior Management to identify business intelligence reporting and data analysis needs.
Develop reporting dashboards in Microsoft Power BI that support business objectives or meet client needs.
Preparing timely and accurate reports using SSMS SSRS and other reporting tools to internal and external clients.
Support month-end reporting processes including database integrity checks and back-ups and producing KPI and client reporting.
Answer ad hoc questions from the business in a timely manner.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

5 years business analysis experience.
3 years of business analysis experience working with Power BI SQL or similar.
Experience in reporting role dealing with stakeholders and or with a project lifecycle.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bachelors degree is preferred not essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent prioritisation skills to manage competing demands effectively.
