Teacher of Design Technology (Temporary Cover 11th May - 19th June 2026) South Island School School Key Responsibilities
South Island School seeks to appoint an outstanding teacher to work within the Design Technology Faculty.
The successful applicant will be a highly skilled teacher with the ability to motivate inspire and engage with students in creative and innovative ways both within and outside the classroom with the overall goal of ensuring excellent educational outcomes for our students. Previous experience of IBMYP IGCSE and/or IB Diploma Food Technology and/ or Media would be helpful though this is not essential for an applicant with the right overall skills set.
The successful applicant may be asked to assist with a tutor group as well as contributing to the extra-curricular life of the school.
Please note that this role is only open to applicants who will be Hong Kong residents or have a Hong Kong working visa by the time the role starts.Completion of the Hong Kong teacher registration process will also be required if this has not been already completed.

Bachelors Degree in Educationor
