Production Planner

Company Description: Huel Fast-growing D2C and retail nutrition brand

Job Description:
As a Production Planner at Huel youll play a key role in ensuring 100% product availability across Ecom and retail. Youll combine analytical thinking with operational execution to optimise stock levels minimise wastage support rapid growth and ultimately ensure customers always get the products they love.

Location: Tring UK

Identify and drive operational efficiencies across supply planning capacity cost and waste reduction.

What you will do:

Ensure product availability across D2C and retail while balancing stock levels wastage and demand variability.
Build strong collaborative relationships with co-manufacturers to secure service excellence and operational performance.
Work closely with sourcing materials and logistics teams to meet all production and outbound finished goods requirements.

The ideal candidate:

Brings strong analytical and operational skills in production planning with experience balancing availability and wastage.
Has excellent relationship-building ability particularly with external manufacturing partners.
Is confident using data to drive decisions maintaining accuracy across planning and finance systems.
