As a Lead Creative Strategist you will own the creative performance for major paid acquisition channels specifically focusing on Meta. This player-coach role involves leading a small team of strategists while staying hands-on with data analysis creative testing frameworks and high-impact briefing to drive measurable growth for a world-leading mobile platform.

What you will do:

Lead and coach a specialized team of creative strategists to define and execute high-performance testing agendas.
Own the end-to-end creative lifecycle for Meta translating performance metrics into actionable insights and winning concepts.
Partner cross-functionally with growth and product teams to align creative output with broader business and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate:

5 years of experience in performance marketing or creative strategy with a proven track record of scaling paid UA channels.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between hard data and high-quality creative craft.
Previous experience leading or mentoring other strategists within a fast-paced digital-first growth environment.
