Job Description:
As the Founding CEO you will lead the creation of an AI-native protocol that bridges the gap between large language models and regulated insurance markets. You will define the product strategy secure initial carrier partnerships and build a high-performance team to revolutionize how insurance is distributed through autonomous agents and conversational interfaces globally.

What you will do:

Define the initial product-market wedge and technical roadmap for a regulated API-first distribution platform.
Secure early lighthouse customers and navigate complex enterprise integrations with risk-averse industry incumbents.
Recruit a world-class founding team and lead subsequent fundraising rounds with top-tier venture capital investors.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience as a founder or senior leader who has scaled B2B infrastructure products from zero to one.
Deep understanding of regulated financial services or distribution systems with the ability to navigate complex compliance frameworks.
Exceptional product instincts with a technical grasp of how to build reliable scalable integration layers for emerging AI technologies.
