Senior UX Engineer

Job Description:
As the first dedicated UX Engineer you will bridge the gap between design and engineering for a high-growth startup. You will own the component library optimize front-end performance and shape micro-frontend architecture. This is a high-impact role where you will define the visual language and technical standards for a category-defining product.

What you will do:

Build and maintain a reusable component library and design system using React and TypeScript.
Optimize front-end performance by monitoring Core Web Vitals and managing bundle size budgets.
Collaborate with product and design to prototype and validate interactive proofs-of-concept rapidly.

The ideal candidate:

4 years of professional front-end experience with a focus on UI/UX detail and polish.
Expert-level proficiency in React TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind.
Strong understanding of performance engineering including bundle analysis and code-splitting patterns.
