Job Summary
Ventia has been awarded the N2P ACT contract with NBN Co and were looking for Site Engineers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major telecommunications rollout supporting the delivery of high-quality fibre infrastructure across the ACT region.

As a Site Engineer youll play a key role in managing operations from design through to construction and completion. Youll work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure compliance quality and timely delivery of works.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for NBN network builds
- Validate existing pit and pipe networks and propose new installations where required
- Monitor subcontractor works and ensure compliance with standards
- Approve claims and validate work completed
- Manage assurance activities including audits and inspections
- Coordinate updates with internal and external stakeholders
What were looking for:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Experience in telecommunications or civil construction projects
- Knowledge of FTTX networks and NBN standards is highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and monitor quality
- Familiarity with safety processes and environmental compliance
