Job Summary
Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Engineer for a 12 months Contract in Nerang.
The Project Engineer with supervision and guidance from senior engineering staff will manage project delivery of road infrastructure projects through the administration of contracts and provision of technical expertise and support to the design construction and maintenance doing this you will ensure effective coordination of key operational activities and resources associated with project management and process development.
Role responsibilities includes:
- Assist in the selection of the most suitable contract process for project delivery then administer the contract to ensure compliance and successful delivery.
- Provide support and advice on the planning and design process to ensure delivery of project outcomes value for money and best practice are achieved.
- Participate in the development and review of project programs and schedules identifying risk areas and mitigation strategies with support from senior engineers.
Government experience would be advantageous.
