Your skills
1 year of experience in influencer marketing in Ukraine (YouTube TikTok Instagram Telegram) with successful campaigns.
Good understanding of the digital and influencer landscape as well as the creator economy in Ukraine.
Strong relationship-building skills with influencers opinion leaders.
Data-driven mindset.
Creativity and trend awareness (especially on YouTube and TikTok) with a willingness to experiment.
Excellent communication flexibility and proactivity able to react quickly to changes and take initiative.

Experience in student parliament
Relationship-building experience with universities
Experience in influencer marketing within edtech or product-based companies
Your tasks
end-to-end influencers/TG campaign management: finding and planning influencers or TG channel for collaborations agreeing on terms ensuring commitments are met preparing project briefs aligning influencer content with Mates tone of voice and adjusting scripts or content for the best results.
budget and contract management: coordinating with procurement and legal teams for smooth campaign execution.
tracking performance providing insights and optimising future campaigns for both brand awareness and performance results.
building strong relations with UA universities collaborate with students parliaments.
Examples of projects
execute YouTube influencer campaigns including finding partners negotiating terms and managing content creation and performance tracking
establish contacts with university representatives and develop a collaboration plan to drive student enrollment for our courses
