Easyflow (a product by Kindgeek) seeks a Growth Manager to own the entire sales cycle converting qualified leads into contracts and generating new revenue through high-quality outbound/inbound sales. This role combines sales growth experimentation and strategic thinking (running demos identifying ICPs testing acquisition channels shaping GTM strategy). You must be confident selling internationally comfortable with US time zone calls and disciplined with CRM. Your mission: drive measurable growth and close deals that bring clear ROI to clients and predictable revenue to Easyflow.
As a Growth Manager you will:
- Convert inbound SQLs into closed deals;
- Prospect new clients via LinkedIn email and outbound tools;
- Run 30 demos per month and drive deals through a fast <14-day sales cycle;
- Create and maintain accurate CRM records after every interaction;
- Test messaging sequences ICP hypotheses and outreach frameworks;
- Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Delivery on client pains and objections;
- Identify upsell opportunities within active client conversations;
- Maintain a consistent outreach volume (1020 outbound touches/day);
- Ensure high reply rates (>20%) and strong SQLClient conversion;
- Sell responsibly - set correct expectations and qualify out poor-fit leads early.
Were looking for a Growth Manager who has:
- 2 years in Sales Business Development Growth or SDR/AE roles in IT SaaS or service companies;
- Strong outbound experience (LinkedIn email outreach sequences follow-ups);
- Proven ability to conduct structured discovery calls and high-quality demos;
- Excellent English (C1/C2) confident in calls negotiation and email communication;
- Ability to run financially-focused ROI-driven conversations with prospects;
- Ability to maintain a high level of activity and strong discipline in execution including consistent use of the CRM detailed notes and clear next steps;
- Analytical mindset: able to break down objections evaluate win/loss patterns and refine ICP;
- Comfortable working flexible hours for US-based clients;
- Experience in retail and familiarity with AI/automation services would be a plus.
