Job Summary

A popular Ofsted Outstanding 1118 academy with a disciplined and aspirational student culture is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support learners across KS3KS4.
Role Overview
The academy is recruiting for January 2026.

You will work closely with teachers SENCOs and pastoral leads to support student learning.
The Role
As a TA you will:
support students in class across a range of subjects
provide small-group and 1:1 interventions
assist with the implementation of EHCPs and support plans
help establish routines behaviour expectations and study skills
communicate effectively with staff and parents.
