Responsibilities:
Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
Assist with differentiation and targeted intervention
Provide small-group or 1:1 support
Support pastoral care and tutor activities
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience working with young people preferred
QTS not required
Strong communication and organisational skills
ECTs or aspiring teachers encouraged to apply
