Job Summary
We are seeking an Audit & Compliance Manager to own and lead the entire audit lifecycle
including:
Preparation documentation and coordination for external audits.
Managing compliance checklists and evidence.
Leading audits and handling auditor interactions (annual audits and special investigative audits).
While prior experience with ISCC audits (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification)
is an advantage it is not mandatory. Experience in managing complex multi-agency external
audits will be highly valuable. The ideal candidate is meticulous organized and proactive
with strong documentation and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure 100% audit compliance.

Coordinate with all departments to gather necessary data documentation and evidence.
Ensure readiness for annual ISCC audits and any special investigative audits.
2. Audit Execution & Leadership
Act as the primary point of contact for auditors during on-site and remote audits.
Present evidence manage queries and ensure smooth execution of audit activities.
Lead the response process for observations or corrective actions ensuring timely closure.

Key Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in Finance Compliance Accounting or related fields. Professional
certifications a plus.
Experience
5 years in audit management compliance or regulatory oversight. Hands-on experience
leading external multi-agency or certification audits. Exposure to ISCC audits or similar
sustainability certifications is beneficial but not required.
