POSITION Sales Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate closely with customers and markets for orders payments and statutory documents.
* Act as single point of contact for sales queries on material availability dispatch status incoming
material and account matters (payments limits overdue stock transfers).
* Post and reconcile customer payments to reflect accurate account outstanding.
* Own end-to-end order execution: planning forecasting order receipt dispatch and applying
standard/special discounts.
* Liaise with Credit Control and Supply Chain for timely approval and dispatch of all customer
orders.
* Support customers by resolving queries and driving the complaint resolution process.
* Ensure material availability by coordinating with Planning Purchase Manufacturing and
Logistics to meet customer schedules.
* Track pending orders update teams and coordinate balance cheques and sample needs with the
sales team.
* Make outbound calls to generate orders at the desired frequency and product mix.
* Share advance forecasts with seniors and supply chain before cut-off for plant dispatches.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational qualification Any Graduate
Minimum years of experience 2-6 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related field.
Specific skills / Personal attributes
* Strong understanding of Order Management Dispatch
Planning Customer Support Payment Follow-up
processes.
* Proficiency in using ERP systems for managing sales
orders and tracking inventory levels.
* SAP knowledge would be an added advantage.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction
with customers via phone calls/emails/chats.
* Regional language proficiency is preferred.
