Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across Hotels Restaurants Cafeterias Corporate Canteens QSRs and Institutional Kitchens.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with architects consultants contractors and end customers.
- Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct product presentations client meetings and negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with design project and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads quotations and payment collections.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong network with architects consultants and hospitality industry stakeholders will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office CRM software and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
