Job Summary
As an Application Developer you will engage in the design construction and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights translating those insights into functional specifications and ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and optimizing application performance to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of application requirements and specifications.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.- Experience in application design methodologies and best practices.
