Job Description
Innovexis is looking for a Senior Business Development Associate who is confident in cold calling lead conversion and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be target-driven persuasive and experienced in selling services/products over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Pitch Innovexis products/services clearly and confidently
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls & WhatsApp
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or spreadsheets
- Handle objections and close deals professionally
- Guide junior BDAs and share best sales practices (senior role)
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in cold calling / inside sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals over phone
- Experience in EdTech / IT services / SaaS sales is a plus
- Comfortable with daily targets and performance metrics
- Fluent in English Hindi (regional language is a bonus)
- Self-motivated disciplined and result-oriented
