Required Skills:
Job Requirements : - Diploma / Graduate in Supply Chain Logistics or Mechanical/Industrial stream. - MBA / Postgraduate in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred). of Experience: - 58 years of experience in stores/inventory management preferably in a manufacturing industry. - Experience in fire extinguisher or engineering/industrial manufacturing will be an added advantage. Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of store/inventory management practices. - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/MS Dynamics or similar). - Good knowledge of ISO documentation and compliance. - Leadership communication and coordination skills. - Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Industry Background: Engineering Fire Safety Equipment Fabrication Auto Components Key Responsibilities: Management & Control : receipts storage and issuance of raw materials spares consumables and finished products. optimum stock levels to ensure smooth production without overstocking. FIFO/FEFO system and ensure proper tagging labeling and binning of materials. out monthly quarterly and annual stock audits and reconciliation. Systems & Process Management: 1. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations. 2. Ensure accurate and timely entry of transactions in ERP/Inventory system. 3. Monitor stock movement and generate MIS reports for management. 4. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal audit requirements. & Support to Production/Projects : timely issue of materials to production and project teams. with purchase and production departments for material planning. buffer stock for critical items to avoid production delays. 4. Logistics & Dispatch Management : proper packing handling and dispatch of finished goods. timely delivery of materials to customers/project sites. coordination with transporters and logistics partners. Compliance & Housekeeping : safe handling and storage of fire extinguishers chemicals and other sensitive materials. housekeeping standards in the store area. compliance with statutory environmental and company safety norms. Management train and guide store staff. discipline accountability and teamwork within the store team.
