Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with deep expertise in CDP and experience working across enterprise customer data ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building maintaining and optimizing the data pipelines that power our customer 360 initiatives enabling unified customer profiles advanced segmentation and personalized marketing experiences. This role requires strong technical experience in data engineering identity resolution and cloud data warehousing (Redshift). Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) tools such as Stibo or Informatica and integration experience with external identity vendors (e.g. Epsilon LiveRamp) is a strong plus.

Required Qualifications:

6 years of experience in data engineering or data platform development.
Hands-on experience with CDP - particularly Real-Time CDP Data Ingestion Identity Service and Segmentation Service.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills proficiency in AWS Redshift and other data warehousing technologies.
Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Airflow Glue Informatica or equivalent.
Understanding of Customer 360 frameworks identity graphs and data enrichment concepts.
Experience with API integrations and working with third-party identity or enrichment providers (Epsilon LiveRamp etc.).
Familiarity with MDM systems (e.g. Stibo Informatica MDM) and their integration patterns.
Strong understanding of data governance metadata management and privacy compliance in customer data environments.
Proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages: Python Scala or Java.
