Job Responsibilities:

Entering and updating data into the company database with accuracy and efficiency

Ensuring data integrity and security at all times

Verifying data for errors and correcting any discrepancies

Preparing and sorting documents for data entry

Managing and organizing paper documents for digital storage

Assisting in generating reports and presenting data findings

Collaborating with team members to maintain data accuracy and completeness

Following data entry protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency

Handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
Proficient in data entry and management software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Desired Experience:
1-10 years of experience in data entry or related field

Salary & Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $23.5 per hour
Maximum Salary: $25.9 per hour
