This is a hands-on management role requiring excellent problem-solving system ownership and the ability to operate in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.

812 years of experience in senior IT roles (Head of IT / IT Manager / Infrastructure Lead).
Experience in the Forex CFD Fintech Online Trading or Call Centre environment (mandatory).
Strong background in IT infrastructure cloud computing and system architecture.
Proven experience managing CRM systems API integrations and client portals.
Strong technical exposure to VoIP/SIP dialers call-centre technologies and telephony systems.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity data protection and compliance standards (POPIA/GDPR/AML).
Experience with trading systems MT4/MT5 integrations and low-latency environments (advantage).
Ability to lead multidisciplinary IT teams (DevOps infrastructure networking support).
Strong vendor management skills (CRM providers VoIP cloud hosting KYC tools).
Skills & Competencies
Excellent understanding of networks servers cloud APIs automation and monitoring tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ability to document systems processes and technical architecture.
High level of ownership accountability and reliability.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-departmentally.
