Description
In this role you will design create and facilitate digital courses webinars workshops and community-driven initiatives aimed at educating customers and strengthening brand loyalty. You will work cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Product and Community teams to build a dynamic digital academy that not only showcases the brands Ayurvedic product lineup but also converts engaged learners into long-term customers.
Your responsibilities will include planning and hosting online events building and nurturing a community around the brand creating content that supports the product journey and using insights from audience behavior to optimize future initiatives. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats across content product digital education and community engagement. The position is fully on-site.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in digital education content creation community management marketing or a similar hybrid role
- Strong digital skills and familiarity with online learning formats (courses webinars virtual workshops)
- Experience in sales-adjacent or growth-driven roles (e.g. sales enablement customer engagement product education)
- Ability to create compelling structured learning materials and host engaging live sessions
- Strong understanding of community building principles and customer engagement strategies
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to translate product features into valuable learning experiences
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to work fully on-site and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Interest in wellness cosmetics Ayurveda or related fields (a plus)
