Partner with teams across the business to develop engaging content from videos stories social posts and beyond that reflect who we are and what we stand for. - Fuel brand advocacy
Empower colleagues to become storytellers and ambassadors through toolkits campaigns and training - amplifying authentic voices across the organisation. - Guard our brand
Ensure consistency of voice tone and visual identity across all employer brand assets and platforms - maintaining alignment with our EVP and overall brand. - Champion the candidate experience
Help make every interaction with our brand - from first glance to final interview - simple inclusive and reflective of our culture. - Leverage insights that matter

- Proven experience in employer branding ideally in a global fast-paced environment with diverse audiences.

- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence align and build trust across functions markets and seniority levels.
- Experience leading or co-creating content and creative direction working with internal teams or external agencies to deliver standout campaigns.
- Comfortable using data and insights to measure optimise and clearly communicate the impact of branding efforts.
